The IEC 62443 standard remains an essential framework for the management of industrial cybersecurity, defining best practices to ensure continuous protection of OT networks.

The ISA/IEC-62443-2-1-2024 standard, replacing the previous version from 2010. This revision brings major improvements to strengthen the cybersecurity of industrial automation and control systems (IACS):

✅ 𝗡𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: The requirements are now organized into security program elements, better suited to the current needs of OT environments.

✅ 𝗠𝗼𝗱è𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁é: An evaluation framework enabling organizations to adapt their approach according to their level of security.

✅ 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁é 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗲: An implementation-independent approach, offering asset owners the freedom to choose the most suitable solutions.
